Vendor —Frequently Asked Questions

  • Load-in is 7:30–8:00 AM.
    Gates open to the public at 9:00 AM.

    Yoga Begins at 10 AM — Vendors are encouraged to participate (bring your own mat) but completely optional

    If you need additional setup time, please email in advance so we can coordinate an early arrival or adjusted setup.

  • Vendors are responsible for their full setup.

    You’re free to design your space as you’d like, as long as it fits within your 8x8 booth area.
    Common setups include tables, chairs, display stands, EZ-ups, signage and equipment.

    If you require power or need help brainstorming display set up, please reach out prior to the event.

  • Parking will be on the main street to allow closer access for guests.

    For unloading:
    You may briefly park in front of the house or driveway to unload, then move your car before setting up to keep the flow clear.

  • Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event.

    If you have a booth activation or special setup, we encourage you to keep it active throughout the day.

    Last Call is called at 3:30PM Breakdown begins at 4PM.


    If you need special accommodations, please reach out in advance.

  • Yes—pets are welcome on a leash, and kids 10 & under are free.
    We just ask everyone to be respectful of the space and vendors.

  • No—the address is private.

    Please do not share it publicly prior to the event.
    Direct guests to purchase a ticket so they receive the address directly.

  • Yes—final event details (including layout, reminders, and any updates) will be sent via email closer to the event date.
